The Benasqués is a cheese of big reputation with numerous prizes, awards and recognized by the best experts, which qualied Benasqués in the following way:


Benasqués is a cheese of pressing and not cooked pastry, enzymatic coagulation and slow maturation in a natural cellar during a minimum of 3 to 4 months.
Its presentation is cylindrical and of bluish brown color and weight between 600 and 3 kg.

This cheese, refined during more than three months, possesses a taste and an intense smell. Of hard texture and covered with a fine coat of olive oil, flood the mouth of an unequalled taste at everymouthful.

Ingredients: pasteurized goat's milk, ferments of dairy products, calcium and salt.
Presentation: parts of 800 g, 1,300 kg, and 2,500 kg.
